The Mount Shasta Education Foundation is looking for motivated volunteers to join our organization. Money that MSEF raises is distributed to K-12 classrooms in Mt. Shasta through grants which enrich the education of our community children. There are many ways to help with our two fundraisers (the Annual Drive letter campaign and the Starlight Gala), from contacting local businesses to entering data on donations received.

Attend our meetings, which are held the first Thursday of each month at 6:30pm. We usually meet at the Mt. Shasta Resort.

Help out. Especially around the time we prepare for our annual Gala (early fall), we can use a lot of volunteers. Let us know what you like to do, and chances are we’ll find a spot for you.
Donate an item or service to our Annual Gala. Each year we auction these to Gala attendees. In the past, services have included massages, legal advice, real estate appraisals, landscaping services and medical services. Items have ranged from furniture to jewelry to wine to artwork. We’ve even received tickets to sporting events, private dinner parties, scenic airplane rides, Disneyland passes, vacation rentals and more. Whatever you choose to contribute, donating is a very effective way to advertise your business and help your community. And all of the profits go directly to Mount Shasta’s public schools.
