Southern Pecan Pie

A not-too-sweet version of this classic favorite, this pie accentuates the roasted pecans with a balanced caramel custard in a homemade crust. This decadent dessert is served in a Polish pottery pie dish, which is an added gift to the winning bidder.

Pecan Pie Cheesecake

If you want something decadent, this is the dessert for you. It has a Vanilla Wafer crust, a layer of pecan pie filling, followed by a smooth and creamy cheesecake, and it is topped with more pecans. Such a fantastic combination!

Created and donated by Sandi Gasho

Mom’s Apple Pie

Homemade by Julie Bennett and Tom O'Hara, using Catherine Bennett's delicious recipe, made famous at the Stage Door Coffeehouse.  Catherine measured everything by handfuls, not cupfuls.  Luckily, daughter Julie's hands are the same size!  Catherine made pies for every family gathering, and there were never any leftovers.  You will love this classic dessert, served with vanilla ice cream.  Yum!

Created and donated by Julie Bennett and Tom O'Hara

Magical Cinderella Pumpkin Cake

Pumpkin cake with rum cream cheese frosting is the perfect fall dessert.

The cake is moist and filled with warm spices that enhance the flavor.

It is topped with pecans and magical gold dust. Have this cake, and your wishes will come true!

Three-layer German Chocolate Cake

This rich, scrumptious family recipe is made from scratch and is to die for.  It’s very chocolatey, and the coconut pecan topping is totally irresistible! Warning: each bite of this incredible cake may cause your eyes to roll back in your head. But don’t worry: this happens only from pleasure. Baked by MSEF’s newest board member!

Created and donated by Laurie Johnson

Autumn Carrot Cake

A rich classic that dates back to medieval times, this gorgeous carrot cake is full of delightful surprises.  It is moist and piled high with sweet flavors of cinnamon, carrots, and pineapple, then frosted with a rich blend of mascarpone, cream cheese, and crystalized ginger.  You would never guess this stunning cake is gluten free.

Created and donated by Cornerstone Café

Kahlua Brownies

Consider yourself warned: these deep, dark chocolate brownies are incredible, evil, and dangerous! Aside from eating these really killer Kahlua brownies, is there a better way to get your booze fix and still look like a respectable human being?

Created and donated by Juliana Carlson

Ellie’s Rum Cake

Most folks would be willing to walk the gangplank for a taste of this rum cake. Baked by Ellie, owner of Ellie's Bakery, this cake contains so much rum you may not want to eat and drive. It even has a rum glaze. It's served with French vanilla ice cream. You'd best bid on this treasure, matey!
