2017 Starlight Gala!
WOW, WOW, WOWWWIEEE! Mount Shasta knows how to have FUN and raise money for our schools. We are truly grateful for all those who made it to the 21st Starlight Gala. This is a community event that is not possible without our local donors, volunteers and of course YOU! Everyone looked amazing. This year we raised over $26,000 for our local public schools!

Mom’s Apple Pie
Homemade by Julie Bennett and Tom O'Hara, using Catherine Bennett's delicious recipe, made famous at the Stage Door Coffeehouse. Catherine measured everything by handfuls, not cupfuls. Luckily, daughter Julie's hands are the same size! Catherine made pies for every family gathering, and there were never any leftovers. You will love this classic dessert, served with vanilla ice cream. Yum!
